Housing Grade Damp Proof Course is suitable for residential masonry applications up to 3 storeys high. It can be site formed into a built-in or surface fxed cavity tray to manage the downward passage of water in cavity wall applications. The DPC should be fully support along its length i.e. supported by the lintel. The DPC can also be used on sleeper walls below a ground foor construction e.g. beam and block foor system.
